The small print, in plain words

What you are buying
ProfitLoopify is a written digital guide with accompanying worksheets. It is delivered as PDF files, downloaded from this website. There is nothing physical, nothing is posted to you, and there is no subscription attached to the purchase.
Delivery is immediate. After payment you are returned to a thank-you page and from there into the members area, where every file you have paid for is listed with a download link. If a download does not work, that is a fault we will fix — write to us using the contact page and say which file.
After the main purchase you may be shown optional extras at additional prices. Every one of them is skippable, each is a separate one-time payment, and declining them does not affect what you have already bought. Nothing on this site enrols you in a recurring charge.
Payment
Payments are processed by Authorize.Net. When you click a buy button you are taken to a payment page hosted by Authorize.Net, and your card details are entered there — never on this website. This site does not see, handle or store your card number, expiry date or security code at any point.
Your card statement will show the charge from the merchant account that operates this site. If you do not recognise a charge, use the contact page before raising a dispute — it is almost always quicker to sort out directly.
Privacy
We receive your name and email address so that your order can be fulfilled and so we can contact you about it. We use that information to deliver the product and to answer you if you write to us. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not directly involved in delivering your order or processing your payment.
If you enter your name and email on the free one-pager page, those details go to our email provider (AWeber) and you receive the one-pager plus follow-up emails about this topic. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You do not have to buy anything to stay on the list, and you do not have to stay on the list to keep anything you have bought.
This site uses only what it needs to work and to count visits in aggregate. It does not build an advertising profile of you and does not sell behavioural data. The payment pages and the email signup are operated by Authorize.Net and AWeber respectively, and each has its own privacy policy governing what it collects there.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us on the contact page. We will act on it. If deleting your details means we can no longer prove you bought the product, we will say so first so the choice is yours.
Earnings
This site sells an educational guide. It does not promise or imply any particular income, and nothing in the material is a guarantee that you will earn money.
There is deliberately no income figure anywhere on the sales page. That is not modesty, it is accuracy: we cannot know what any individual reader will do with the material, how much time they will give it, what market they are in, or what else is going on in their life. Anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing and presenting the guess as a forecast.
What the guide contains is a method, written down in order. What it produces depends on the work you put in and on circumstances outside anyone's control. Treat any figure you see anywhere online, including from us, as someone else's result and not as a prediction of yours.
The material is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. If you need advice on your own situation, get it from someone qualified and regulated to give it.
Your side of it
When you buy, you get a licence to read and use the material yourself. You are welcome to apply it in your own business, for your own clients, as much as you like.
What you may not do is republish or resell the files themselves — upload them for others to download, sell them on, hand them out as a bonus, or pass them off as your own work. The method is yours to use; the document is not yours to distribute.
Limits
We take care to make the material accurate and the site work properly. Even so, it is supplied as it is, and we are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you take after reading it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If the site is temporarily unavailable or a file will not download, tell us and we will put it right. That is the remedy we can actually offer and the one we stand behind.
